Pastor Joe was invited by Daniel and Menorah McCarty, of Happy Family Overseas Ministries, to come and minister at their annual Come To The River Conference in Baguio City in the Northern part of the Philippines. He was able to share his music as well as teach on the power of God's word in our families and Biblical worship. The audience was mostly pastors, ministers and church leaders from seven different nations. Pastor Terry Mathews of Albuquerque, New Mexico was there as the main speaker. We had an amazingly powerful time. With the help of his financial supporters Pastor Joe was able to help underwrite the cost of the conference as well as supply a new guitar to a ministry in great need. - What fun! Pastor Joe went to Uganda with Natalie Barlow, Kevin Thomas, and Josiah and Olivia Ludwick. There they ministered at Light the World Church, on National television and at Mercy Child Care.

Pastor Joe and a team from New Jersey went to Angola to speak at a 2 day pastors conference. There were over 200 pastors there, and Pastor Joe taught his Wealth to the Nations seminar. After that, they went to Uganda with a team of 6. There they taught the Wealth to the Nations seminar, along with a marriage class at Light the World Church. They also led the main service, and preached at smaller churches, along with preaching to a queen, a princess and a prime minister in Uganda. Also, they got to go on television with Big Sam.

Once again, JBM went to San Jose, Costa Rica. A team of a Family Life Christian Center Home Group, and Natalie Barlow, went to minister in churches, orphanages, and bible schools.

Joe Barlow took Eldon and Twyla Tracy, and his wife Nancy to Luxembourg for a 3 day trip of prayer. Then they went to Uganda and worked with Light the World Church, met with former Vice President Bukenya, and was on national television for 3 minute sermons and a song.

Joseph Barlow and Eldon Tracy went to Luxembourg to minister at a church, then to Liberia to speak at a prosperity conference. While there, Pastor Joe led Timothy Fayah, a former general in the army under Robert Taylor, in the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

San Jose, Costa Rica. Pastor Joe took Mike O'Connor and Mark Collins to minister to Don Korach and help in any way. They ministered in churches, Bible Schools and a prison.

Pastor Joe led a trip to Valle de Angeles, Honduras. Now with 55 School of Ministry students, Keith Hershey, Don Korach and Bill Winston. Along with, Living Word Christian Center and World Missions Center. The mission was to minister in churches, Bible schools, and orphanages.

Pastor Joe took his son Andrew and Russ Sheldon to Pine Ridge Reservation, South Dakota. Their mission was to deliver clothes and furniture to an Indian Reservation. While there, a police officer got filled with the Holy Spirit, fulfilling a dream he had repeatedly. Along with that, a few families got water baptized. God provided money quickly. Pastor Joe learned about trip and left within 36 hours.

Pastor Joe led another trip to San Jose, Costa Rica, this time with 35 School of Ministry students, along with Keith Hershey, Don Korach and Bill Winston. Partnering with Living Word Christian Center and World Missions Center. The focus of this trip was also to minister in churches, Bible schools, orphanages, and drug rehabilitation centers.

Pastor Joe led a trip to Hyderabad, India, with 12 School of Ministry students along with Bill Winston. There they ministered in a conference as altar prayer ministers, along with serving in orphanages and Bible schools.

JBM went to San Jose, Costa Rica with Keith Hershey, Don Korach and Bill Winston. Along with, Living Word Christian Center and World Missions Center. The focus of the trip was to minister in churches, Bible schools, orphanages, and drug rehabilitation centers. While there, every single one of the men in the drug rehab center got filled with the Holy Spirit.

Joe went to Phillipi, West Virginia, for a summer missions trip with a youth Group from Akron, OH. At 13 years old, this was Pastor Joe's very first missions trip. The focus of the trip was to paint a church, and they successfully did so.
